Answer

We have developed the following work around for the issue that you are seeing:

1. On the Windows XP system, select the Start button and Run.

2. In the Open field of the Run window, type dcomcnfg and select OK

3. In the Component Services window, double click Component Services in the right pane

4. Double click the Computers folder in the resulting right pane

5. Double click the My Computer icon in the resulting right pane

6. Double click the DCOM Config folder in the resulting right pane

7. Highlight the Executive Software Undelete GUI icon in the resulting right pane

8. Right click and select Properties

9. In the General tab of the Executive Software Undelete GUI Properties window, change the entry in the Authentication Level pull down menu from Default to None

10. Select Ok and exit from the dcomcnfg

This will allow Undelete Server on Windows XP to connect to remote network installations of the software.
