Answer

Allowing access to the full Executive Software registry key resolves this. As such, we advise the following:

1)From the Desktop, click START, then RUN
2) Type REGEDT32 for the command and click OK
3) Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE on local machine, double click SOFTWARE
4) Highlight EXECUTIVE SOFTWARE
5) In the Menu Bar, click SECURITY, then PERMISSIONS
6) Highlight EVERYONE
7) Set TYPE OF ACCESS to FULL CONTROL
8) Select the checkbox to cause the permissions to be propagated to sub keys
9) Select OK modify the permissions
10) Close the registry
