'Error 1603' installer error when trying to install on Windows NT 4.0.

We advise that you delete or rename this file from your system:

WinNT\system32\RICHED20.DLL

When error 1603 is reported on Windows NT 4.0, this file is corrupted on the system. The file will be recreated correctly.

If the error still occurs, click this link to download a new installer from Microsoft; it should handle the problem.
