We have developed the following work around for the issue that you are seeing: 1. On the Windows XP system, click the Start button and select Run. 2. In the Open field of the Run window, type dcomcnfg and select OK 3. In the Component Services window, double click Component Services in the right-hand pane 4. Double-click the Computers folder in the resulting right-hand pane 5. Double-click the My Computer icon in the resulting right-hand pane 6. Double-click the DCOM Config folder in the resulting right-hand pane 7. Highlight the Executive Software Undelete GUI icon in the resulting right-hand pane 8. Right-click and select Properties 9. In the General tab of the Executive Software Undelete GUI Properties window, change the entry in the Authentication Level pull down menu from Default to None 10. Select OK and exit from the dcomcnfg utility This will allow Undelete Server on Windows XP to connect to remote network installations of the software. This issue will be fully addressed in a future build of Undelete.
