The issue is a setting in the local registry that is likely set to 0. In some cases when this value is set to 0, the proper functionality may fail. To handle the situation, perform these steps: 1. From the Desktop, click Start, then Run 2. Type REGEDT32 for the command and click OK 3. Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE on local machine, double-click SOFTWARE 4. Double-click Executive Software 5. Double-click Undelete 6. Double-click FrBin 7. Double-click Global 8. In the right-hand pane, double-click CommonRecoveryBin. This will open an Edit String window. 9. Enter "1" as the value 10. Close the registry. 11. Relaunch Undelete and set it as you wish.
