Question

“Unable to create a node manager. Make sure mmcndmgr.dll is registered”

Answer

Usually, this means you have a damaged or improperly installed MMC. Find and delete 2 files, mmc.exe and mmcndmgr.dll, which should be in WINNT\system32 (under Windows NT), or in WINDOWS\system (under Windows 95/98/ME). Then use Add/Remove Programs to uninstall Diskeeper and reinstall it. This will force the reinstallation of the Microsoft Management Console, which should correct the problem.
