Question

When launching Diskeeper “Cannot find the file “C:\Program Files\Executive Software\DiskeeperSvr\Diskeeper.msc” (or one of its components.) Make sure path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.”

Answer

1. From the start menu, select Run.
2. Type mmc in the Run box and click ok, this will bring up the MMC (Microsoft Management Console).
3. From the Console Menu, select Open,
4. Locate and open the Diskeeper.msc file, whose default location is C:\Program Files\Executive Software\DiskeeperWorkstation or DiskeeperServer

This should cause the program to work properly.
