The scheduling interface in Diskeeper is setup to read the exact time and time frame of a schedule in the same exact manner that the computer interprets it. Please review the exact times and check that the scheduling and running time is exact. In certain setup schedules, we have discovered that the wording for 'between' and 'except' scheduled jobs can seem confusing (this affects some smart scheduling jobs and some custom scheduled jobs). We are aware of the confusion and apologise for the inconvenience. Our technical team is in the process of fine tuning the scheduling display so that it better communicates to the user. This will be available in versions after Diskeeper 9. Through market research we have discovered and continue to discover points to enhance our products and our services.
