‘Error 1316’ installer error when trying to install on Windows XP.

Answer

The problem appears to be linked to the presence of Norton NAV2002 on the system during the installation. We advise that you uninstall NAV2002 and then run the install of Diskeeper. After Diskeeper is installed you can reinstall NAV2002 and both should run normally.
