‘Error 1311’ installer error when trying to install from a CD.

Answer

The problem appears to be a resource issue on some computers when installing and reading from a CD at the same time. The solution is to create a new folder under the C:\ and copy the CD to it. Double click on demo32.exe, or if demo32.exe is not present, double click Setup.exe from hard disk location to install.
