MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Diskeeper Corporation is a multi-national corporation with products distributed in North America,
America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. European operations are overseen out of East Grinstead, West Sussex. International operations are headquartered in Burbank, California, USA.
As the Marketing Executive you will oversee the organization's marketing activities including advertising, public relations, marketing communications and market research. Establish company organizational marketing plans to attain sales and profitability goals. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and initiatives, making changes as needed. Remain informed of changes in marketing environment and strategies.
Develop effective marketing strategies and tactics by identifying appropriate target markets and tracking market trends. Conducting marketing campaigns in various European countries, therefore knowledge of the European software sales market would be advantageous.
Marketing communications are of paramount importance and you will be highly involved in managing internal and external communications. To achieve this, you will concentrate on a number of marketing drives including tactical promotions, PR liaison for the product range, advertising, direct mail campaigns and online media.
The successful candidate will possess a degree or equivalent in marketing and will have experience in marketing communications and / or channel management. You must have an analytical mind with the ability to compile statistics, write and implement marketing plans and put together reports. We are looking for a confident individual who is able to conduct presentations at ease whilst building effective working relationships with others. The pay range will be between 30 – 40 K depending on experience.

We are a leading developer in the field of General Disk Utilities with a 95% market share worldwide. Our products greatly enhance network system performance and are widely used throughout the corporate and government sectors. The position is UK based but the customers are located throughout EMEA, therefore European language and/or work experience are optimum.
The role is to work within an innovative and dynamic IT team providing assistance to our sales team and our potential and existing clients.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Previous experience in either a Help Desk environment or the IT support sector
• Must be a good team player
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate others.
• The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, willing to learn and be trained and to apply training to all aspects of the department.
Full and comprehensive product training will be given with ongoing support.
Package: Negotiable Location: Gatwick area Duration: Permanent Salary: Base £30,000 per annum plus commission – OTE £50,000+. Start Date: Immediate
